Refund Policy

No Refunds
All purchases of digital products from Darkspire LLC (PDF guides, prompt packs, and templates) are final and non-refundable. Our products are digital goods — by selecting and completing your purchase you have reviewed and chosen the product, and you agree that no refund will be issued.
This policy exists because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned." You chose it, you own it.
Exception: Duplicate Charge
If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment processing error, email necromancer@darkspire.net within 7 days with your order confirmation and we will refund the duplicate charge.
Delivery Issues
If you did not receive your download link within 24 hours, email us and we will resend it. This is a delivery fix, not a refund.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your account being flagged by our payment processor. Reach out — we respond within 2 business days.
