End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of digital products (PDF guides, prompt packs, templates, and related materials) purchased from Darkspire LLC ("Licensor," "we," "us"). By downloading or using any product, you ("Licensee," "you") agree to this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of the applicable purchase price, Darkspire LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:
- Download and store the product on your personal devices.
- Use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes.
- Adapt prompts and templates for your own use within AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the product to any third party.
- Share the product file publicly (e.g., on file-sharing sites, social media, or publicly accessible drives).
- Repackage or rebrand the product and sell or distribute it as your own.
- Use the product to create competing products for commercial sale.
- Remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notices contained in the product.
One purchase = one user. The license is non-transferable and covers the individual purchaser only.
3. Intellectual Property
All products remain the intellectual property of Darkspire LLC. This Agreement grants you a license to use the product — it does not transfer ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Darkspire LLC.
4. No Warranty
Products are provided "as is." Darkspire LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or results you may achieve using the product. AI outputs generated using our prompt packs will vary and are not guaranteed.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darkspire LLC's liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product. In no event shall Darkspire LLC be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages.
6. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the product from your devices.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.
